Ref.: Communicates summons to Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2″ of article 9 of D.F.L. 251 in relation to article
10 of Law 18.045, and Article 63 of Law 18.046 on Corporations and the Circular
N*991 of that Commission, being specially empowered by the Board, I come in
communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT that the Board of Directors of Everest Insurance Company
Generales Chile S.A., in a meeting dated March 23, 2023, agreed to summon the Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders, to be held on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
The topics to be discussed are the following:
a) To pronounce on the memory, balance sheet and report of External Auditors
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022.
b) Profit for the year ended December 31, 2022.
c) Distribution of dividends.
d) Election of the members of the Board of Directors.
e) Designation of external audit firm for the year 2023.
f) Account of transactions with related parties.
9) Other matters of social interest that are specific to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
The Board agreed to omit the publication of the usual notices, since the
security of the attendance of all the shareholders of the Company.
The Board also agreed that, under the provisions of the Character Standard,
General N-435 and Circular Letter N-1141, both issued by that Commission on March 18
of 2020, participation in this Board will be carried out remotely or remotely according to the
system or procedure that will be informed in a timely manner to each shareholder.

On the other hand, and in compliance with the provisions of Circular Letter 718 of the Commission
for the Financial Market, and in relation to the second paragraph of Article 59 of the Law
18.046, the shareholders are informed of their proposed appointment of the
External audit firm which will examine the balance sheet and financial statements of the
Company for the year 2023, which will be available to shareholders
on the Company’s website on March 30, 2023.
Finally, in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of Law 18,046, the States
Financial of the Company and the corresponding report of the external auditors as of 31
December 2022, will be published from 30 March 2023 on the website of the
Society https://www.everestre.com/Insurance/Insurance-Chile-Spanish. According to
provided in Article 75 of the same Law 18,046, the Company will make available to the
Shareholders the Report corresponding to the year ended December 31,
2022, in digital format on the same website.
