From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 9 of D.F.L. 251 in relation to article 10 of the
Law N*18.045, and Circulars N*662 and N*991 of that Commission, being specially empowered by the
Directory, I come to communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
In ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Chile S.A., held on
September 22, 2022, the following were approved unanimously by the directors present
appointments of principal executives of the Company:
Risk Manager: Mr. Manfredo Ferrada Valenzuela.
Transport Manager: Mr. Carlos Mena Piña.
Compliance Officer: Mr. Fulvio Persico Perrot.
We note that the aforementioned executives will begin their functions for the Company from the
Next October 03. Consequently, Mrs. Carolina Oyarzún Barrera will cease to hold office.
