By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N930, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has today made placements of commercial instruments in the local market for the sum
of $500,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 55-H of Line N*119, with maturity at
14.09.2023, to a term of 217 days, and $500,000,000 corresponding to Series 56-H of the
Line N*119, maturing on 30.11.2023, with a term of 294 days, both series with a
Average placement rate of securities equal to 1.10% per month.
