By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N930, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has carried out yesterday a placement of commercial instruments in the local market by the
sum of $900,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 56-H of Line N*119, with a term
of 296 days, with an average placement rate of 1.10% per month.
