By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N930, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has today carried out a placement of commercial instruments in the local market by the
sum of $500,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 43-H of Line N*119, with a term
of 63 days, with an average placement rate of 1.08% per month; and
Another placement of commercial effects in the local market for the amount of $ 500,000,000.-
, corresponding to Series 45-H of Line N*119, with a term of 84 days, with a rate
Average placement of securities equal to 1.08% per month.
