By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N*30, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has today carried out a placement of commercial instruments in the local market by the
sum of $1,000,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 42-H of Line N*119, with a term
of 63 days, with an average placement rate of the securities equal to 1.13% per month.
