By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N930, in relation to numeral 1,2.2.A.. 3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has today carried out a placement of commercial instruments in the local market by the
sum of $1,000,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 04-1 of Line N*149, with a term
of 50 days, with an average placement rate of 1.09% per month; and
Another placement of commercial effects in the local market for the amount of $ 1,000,000,000.-
, corresponding to Series 07-1 of Line N%149, with a term of 78 days, with a rate
Average placement of securities equal to 1.09% per month.
