By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18.045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N*30, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.. 3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has today carried out a placement of commercial instruments in the local market by the
sum of $ 500,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 05-I of Line N*149, with a term of
91 days, with an average placement rate of 1.12% per month; and another
placement of commercial instruments in the local market for the amount of $ 2,000,000,000.-,
corresponding to Series 06-1 of Line N*149, with a term of 105 days, with a rate
Average placement of securities equal to 1.12% per month.
This essential fact is communicated, by Don Luis Pollarolo Izquierdo, who
