By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N930, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has carried out, on October 05, 2022, a placement of commercial instruments in
the local market for the sum of $ 1,000,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 01-1 of the
Line N*149, with a term of 71 days, with an average placement rate of the securities
equal to 1.14% per month; and other placing of commercial instruments in the local market by
the sum of $2,000,000,000.-, corresponding to Series 03-I of Line N*149, for a term
of 92 days, with an average placement rate of the securities equal to 1.14% per month.
This essential fact is communicated, by Don Jorge Astaburuaga Gatica, who is
duly authorized.
