By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of Law No. 18,045; and in paragraph 5.6 of Section V of the
General Character (NCG) N930, in relation to numeral 1.2.2.A.3 of Section II of the
same NCG, we comply with informing this Commission, the circumstance that Eurocapital
S.A. has carried out, with this date, a placement of commercial instruments in the market
local for the amount of $ 485,551,603.-, corresponding to Series 112-G of Line N*108,
with a term of 79 days, with an average placement rate of 1.13%
monthly; and another placement of commercial instruments in the local market in the sum of
$483,077,785.-, corresponding to Series 113-G of Line N*108, for a term of 93
days, with an average placement rate of the securities equal to 1.13% per month.
