De conformidad a lo establecido por las Circulares número 991 y 1481 de esta
Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros, por medio de este acto se informa que el
accionista EULER HERMES ACI HOLDING, INC., de la compañía EULER HERMES
SEGUROS DE CREDITO S.A., ha transformado su tipo social desde una “corporation” a
una “limited liability company”, pasando por ende a denominarse como EULER
HERMES ACI HOLDING, LLC.
Adjunto a esta comunicación, se acompañan sendos certificados emitidos por el
Secretario de Estado del Estado de Delaware respecto de la transformación social
realizada, donde se indica que tanto el Certificado de Transformación (“Certificate of
Conversion”) presentado ante la Division of Corporations de esa Secretaría de Estado,
como el Certificado de Formación (“Certificate of Formation”) emitido por la misma
división, son auténticos.
