Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Envases del Pacífico S.A. held with this
date, the shareholders of the Company – with the vote of 60.95% of the shares
present – rejected the motion of the shareholder Moneda S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos, on behalf of Pionero Fondo de Inversión, of
to revoke the entire current Board of Directors of the Company.
