Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Envases del Pacífico S.A. held with this
date, the shareholders of the Company – with the vote in favor of 61.06% of the
Present shares – agreed to increase the share capital in the amount of
$12,600,000,000, through the issuance of 834,437,087 payment shares, which
