Madam President:
In today’s session, the Board of Directors of Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. (“ENTEL”) agreed to pay a provisional dividend of $100 (one hundred pesos) per share as of December 1, 2022, charged to the profits of the year recorded in the third quarter of this year.
The payment of said provisional dividend will amount to the total sum of M$ 30,201,711,300 (thirty thousand two hundred one million seven hundred eleven thousand three hundred pesos), representing 7.48% of the profits of the year registered to the third quarter of 2022.
