REF.: Increase in Provision for Bad Debts
in the operation of Entel Peru.
Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 30 and paragraph I of the
Circular No. 660 of 22 October 1986, and I have the honour of
inform you as an essential fact or relevant information, that in the States
Interim financial statements as of March 31, 2023 (the “Financial Statements”) approved by its
Board of Directors in ordinary session today, by means of a note to them, informs of the
recognition of an extraordinary provision of MM$32,128 (equivalent to 150 million
Soles), product of an update of the provision model and its variables carried out in the
subsidiary Entel Perú S.A., whose purpose is to better reflect the increase in the risk of the
portfolio of sale of equipment with financing, as indicated in note 8 (c) of the States
Financial.
