From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of the Market Law
of Securities, hereby on behalf of Enlasa Generación Chile S.A. (the “Company”,
and duly authorized by the Board of Directors, I communicate to you as an essential fact, that:
1. At the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of the Company held yesterday, 26
April 2022, the following matters were agreed:

Approve the report, the balance sheet, the financial statements and report of
the Company’s external auditors for the year ended 31
December 2021. All these documents referred to above are
disposition of the shareholders of the Company at the registered office and
are published on the website of the Society, www.enlasa.cl; and
To approve the distribution of a dividend of US$ 0.16340503 per share, on
each of the 42,690,217 shares subscribed and paid, which means
distribute a total amount of US$ 6,975,796.- charged to the profits of the
Fiscal year 2021. This amount is equivalent to 100% of the profit as of December 31
of 2021.
Appoint the members of the Board of Directors of the Company, being composed
by the following persons:
