From our consideration:
Under Articles 9″ and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, in
the General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market and in Circular N*
660 of this Commission, on behalf of the company Energía Latina S.A. (the “Company”) and
duly authorized to do so by the Board of Directors, I inform you, as an essential fact, of the
next:
1. The Board of Directors of the Company agreed, at a meeting held on November 29, 2022,
the distribution of a provisional dividend in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph
of Article 79 of Law No. 18,046, on corporations (the “Dividend”).
2. The Dividend shall be distributed against the profits of the current financial year and shall amount to
amount of US$ 0.13711 per share, agreed
distribute a total amount of USD 6,000,251 United States dollars.
3. The dividend payment date was set for December 14, 2022.
4. The shareholders who will be entitled to receive the Dividend will be those registered in the
registration of shareholders of the Company on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment, of

5. The corresponding notice will be published in the electronic newspaper “El Libero”.
