In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045
on the Securities Market, as well as the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market and duly empowered to do so, I come to inform you
with essential fact, with respect to Energía de Casablanca S.A. the following:
At the Board meeting held on January 24, 2023, the resignation of the
Principal Director Mrs. Florencia Emilfork Bornscheuer and that of her alternate, Mr. Juan Tapia Tapia.
On the same occasion, the Board decided to appoint Mr. Kebing Zhou as a replacement for
Florence Emilfork Bornscheuer.
