From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, as well as the provisions of General Standard N*
30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly empowered to do so, I come
to inform you as an essential fact, regarding Energía de Casablanca S.A.
The following:
At the Board meeting held on November 22, 2022, the
resignation presented by the Principal Director Marcelo Luengo Amar and his Alternate
Mr. Cristian Candia Orellana. He also noted the resignation of the Alternate Director.
Mr. José Morales Devia.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors of Energía de Casablanca S.A. appointed as new
Director to Mr. Cristián Martínez Vergara, replacing Mr. Marcelo Luengo Amar.
