Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No.
18.045, and the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of that Superintendence,
Current Commission for the Financial Market, and in use of the powers that have been given to me
Conferred, I inform you, as an essential fact that, in the session of the Board of Directors of
Enel Generación Chile S.A., held today, has approved the Strategic Plan for
the Company for the years 2023-2025.
The macro elements of the aforementioned Strategic Plan foresee for the triennium 2023-2025 a
Cumulative EBITDA between US$ 2.2 and 2.4 billion (United States dollars)
of America) and a cumulative CAPEX of approx. US$ 0.4 billion.
Given that the contents of the aforementioned Strategic Plan obey and are based on
projections and hypotheses that may or may not be verified in the future, their effects do not result
determinable to this date.
