In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of that Superintendence, duly authorized and on behalf of ENEL CHILE S.A. (“Enel Chile or the Company”), I come to inform you, as an essential fact, that the Company’s Board of Directors, at a meeting held today, approved Enel Chile’s Strategic Plan 2023-25.
The macro elements of the aforementioned Strategic Plan foresee for the triennium 2023-2025 an accumulated EBITDA of between approximately US$ 3.8 and 4.0 billion USD and an accumulated CAPEX of approx. US$ 1.7 billion.
Given that the contents of the aforementioned Strategic Plan obey and are based on projections of hypotheses that may or may not be verified in the future, its effects are not determinable at this date.
Likewise, it is reported that on November 28 a presentation will be made regarding the figures indicated above, to which all local and foreign investors, shareholders and the market in general will have access.
