In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045 and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me, I inform you, as an essential fact, that, At the board meeting of Enel Chile S.A. (the “Company”) held today, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend of Ch$0.324092399901064 per share, charged to the result of the 2022 financial year, to be paid as of January 27, 2023. This amount corresponds to 15% of the Company’s net profits as of September 30, 2022, determined based on the Company’s financial statements as of that date.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986 of the CMF, attached hereto form No. 1 with information relating to the provisional dividend.
