In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market
and the provisions of General Rule No. 30 of that Superintendence, duly
empowered and on behalf of ENEL AMÉRICAS S.A. (“Enel Américas or the Company”), I come from
to inform you, as a matter of essential fact, that the Board of Directors of the Company, in session
held today, approved the Strategic Plan 2023-25 of Enel Américas.
The macro elements of the aforementioned Strategic Plan foresee an EBITDA for the triennium 2023-2025
cumulative between approximately US$ 11.1 and 11.6 billion and cumulative CAPEX
of approx. US$ 5.0 billion.
Given the high volatility and variations in the exchange rates of the markets in which
maintains investments in the Company and given that the contents of the aforementioned Strategic Plan
obey and are based on projections of hypotheses that may or may not be verified in the future,
Its effects are not determinable at this date.
Likewise, it is reported that, today, November 28, from 12:00 noon,
make a presentation in respect of the above figures, to which all shall have access
local and foreign investors, shareholders and the market in general. Details for
