Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045 and
provided for in General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”), and
Using the powers conferred upon me, I inform you, on an essential factual basis, that, in
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Enel Américas S.A. (the “Company”) held today, was agreed
distribute a final dividend (to which the interim dividend paid in January 2022 is deducted) that
totals US$222,257,820, equivalent to US$0.00207175660763378 per share.
Given that the aforementioned provisional dividend has already been paid, the
remainder of the final dividend No. 105 amounting to US$128,938,768, equivalent to US$
0.00120189131965822 per share. The expected payment date is May 31, 2022. They will have the right
to collect these dividends the shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the
Society on May 25, 2022.
The aforementioned dividend will be paid in Chilean pesos, legal tender, according to the dollar exchange rate.
Noted that it is published in the Official Journal on 24 May 2022.
In accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986 of the CMF, attached hereto the forms relating to
to the aforementioned dividends.

Dividend Imputation: This mandatory minimum dividend will be charged against the net profits of the year 2021
and, together with the interim dividend distributed in January 2022, corresponds to 30% of the net profit of the
fiscal year as of December 31, 2021.
