In connection with the Board’s agreement to submit to the Board for consideration
Extraordinary Shareholders the operation with related parties consisting of the
granting by the Company of real and personal guarantees for the purpose of
guarantee obligations of the parent company Sociedad Transmisora Metropolitana SpA, which was
informed by Essential Fact dated December 9, 2022 and upon receipt
of the report of the independent evaluator Link Capital Partners regarding the conditions
of the operation, its effects and its potential impact on the Company, which was
informed by Essential Fact dated December 13, 2022, we inform
You who, with this date, the aforementioned independent evaluator has submitted a
clarification and supplementation on certain points of the report, which is found
available, together with it, at the registered offices and on the website of the
