In accordance with the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10% of
Law N* 18.045 on the Securities Market and General Rule N* 30 of
the Commission for the Financial Market, duly empowered and on behalf of
Enel Transmisión Chile S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that, with this
date, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the General Policy of Habituality
with respect to the Company’s operations with related parties, in accordance with
Article 147(b) of the Law on Corporations, which shall begin to
to take effect from this date and is attached to this essential fact.

REGULARITY POLICY
ENEL TRANSMISIÓN CHILE S.A.
1. Introduction
In accordance with the provisions of Title XVI of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations
(the “Law on Corporations”), Enel Transmisión Chile S.A. (hereinafter, the
“Company”), as an open public limited company, may enter into transactions only with
related parties (according to this concept is defined in the Law on
Corporations) when such operations (i) are intended to contribute to the
social interest of the Company, (ii) adjust in price, terms and conditions to those
that prevail in the market at the time of their approval, and (iii) comply with the
Requirements and procedures described in paragraphs 1) to 7) of article 147 of the
Law on Corporations.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Title XVI of the Law on Corporations allows
certain related party transactions are executed or entered into without the requirements
mentioned in the numerals of the aforementioned article 147, in the cases that said same
Norma allows and provided that they have the prior authorization of the Directory.

and, in general, enclosures and equipment necessary for the development of the social turn.
The conclusion of contracts for training services, equipment leasing and
machinery, installation, supervision and inspection services, control,
Quality supervision, After sales, Marketing, Advertising, Professional services
and technical advice in the areas of engineering, architecture, design,
construction, urbanization, risk prevention, tax, insurance,
audit and others related to the items indicated.
The conclusion of marketing service contracts, including those of
Sale and purchase of electrical energy, management and sale of clearances, and cutting in
point.
Lease, loan, sale, trademarks, domains and
web pages, and emails.
Administration, management, and execution of contractual guarantees, including ballots
of guarantees, policies in guarantees, and insurance in general, as well as the
representation before all types of contractors, suppliers, consultants,
service providers and customers in general, which derive from or dispose of
agreed contractual guarantees.
