In connection with the Board’s agreement to submit to the Board for consideration
Extraordinary Shareholders the operation with related parties consisting of the
granting by the Company of real and personal guarantees for the purpose of
guarantee obligations of the parent company Sociedad Transmisora Metropolitana SpA, to which
referred to in the Essential Fact dated December 9, 2022, the Company has
received the report of the independent evaluator Link Capital Partners regarding the
conditions of the operation, its effects and its potential impact on the Company.
