As an essential fact, the Board of Directors of Enel Distribución Chile S.A., in session
ordinary held today, has approved the Industrial Plan 2023-2025 for the
Company.
The macro elements of the aforementioned Industrial Plan foresee for the triennium 2023-2025 a
Cumulative EBITDA of approximately 365 MUSD (millions of US dollars)
United States of America) and a cumulative CAPEX of approximately 310 MUSD (million

Given that the contents of the aforementioned Plan are based on and are based on
projections of hypotheses that may or may not be verified in the future, their effects do not result
