Essential fact that, in extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors dated May 6, 2022, it was accepted
the resignation presented by Mr. Ramón Castañeda Ponce to his position as General Manager of
the company, with effect from May 16, 2022. Then, in the same session
He was appointed as the new General Manager of Enel Distribución Chile S.A., as of the
May 16, 2022, to Mr. Víctor Tavera Olivos, who until now served as
Market Manager of the company.
