Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9% and 10% second paragraph of the Market Law
of Securities and General Standards No. 30 and 364 of this Commission, and being
duly authorized, I comply with informing you as an essential fact that in the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of ENAP Refinerías S.A. (“ERSA”) held today,
adopted, inter alia, the following agreements:
1. The approval of the Balance Sheet, Financial Statements, Report and Report of the
External Auditors for the year ended December 31, 2022.
2. The distribution of profits given the existence of accumulated losses of the company,
which will be covered, in part, by the profits of the year 2022.
3. The designation of the external audit firm for the financial year 2023.
4. The taking of knowledge about agreements of the H. Directory regarding acts and contracts of the
company governed by Chapter XVI of Law No. 18,046.
5. The appointment of the members of the Board of Directors.
6. The determination of the diet of the Directors.
7. The designation of the newspaper in which the company will make its publications.
