REF: COMMUNICATES ESSENTIAL FACT – DISTRIBUTION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
From our consideration:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Enaex S.A., held on April 20, 2023,
agreed to approve the payment of a final dividend on profits for the year
2022 of US$ 0.269267276 per share, payable on May 3, 2023 in its equivalent
in pesos, legal tender, according to the observed dollar exchange rate of the 26th
April 2023.
This is reported to this Commission, and also to the Stock Exchanges, in accordance with the
stipulated in its Circular No. 660 dated October 22, 1986.
Form N*1 on dividend distribution is attached.

The Final Dividend N* 123 agreed, is in respect of the profits of the year
2022.
In due course, the Company will inform the shareholders of the rating
tax of this final dividend.
The accounting charge of the final dividend N* 123 will be made against the “Profits” account.
Cumulative.”
The exchange rate to be used will be that of the Chapter | of the Compendium of Standards for
International Exchanges (observed dollar) to be published in the Official Journal on the day
April 26, 2023.
Payment will be made at the offices of the Central Securities Depository, DCV
REGISTROS S.A., Av. Los Conquistadores N” 1730, 24th Floor, Providencia, Santiago,
whose usual hours of operation are from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday
from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or in the manner in which the shareholders have chosen.
Face-to-face payment methods such as office withdrawal, check withheld, without

it can be withdrawn at any branch of the BCI bank throughout Chile.
The respective notice will be published on April 24, 2023 in the newspaper El Libero.
