REF: ESSENTIAL FACT – PROPOSAL FOR DISTRIBUTION OF DEFINITIVE DIVIDEND
From our consideration:
Enaex S.A. Sociedad Anónima Abierta, registered in the Securities Registry, under number
0401, in accordance with the provisions of articles 9* and paragraph 2″ of article 10, both
of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market, informs you that in ordinary session of
Board of Directors, held on March 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed
propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 20, 2023, the
distribution of a final dividend of US$ 33,119,875 equivalent to US$ 0.269267276 per
SHARE, charged to earnings for the year ended December 31, 2022 at its
equivalent in pesos, legal tender, according to the observed dollar exchange rate
of April 26, 2023.
If the final dividend is approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, the
Dividend will be paid as of May 3, 2023, with shareholders entitled
that are registered in the respective registry at midnight on April 26, 2023.
