In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10%, both of the Law
18.045 of the Stock Market, informs you of the following essential fact regarding your
business:
On December 21, 2022, the company’s board of directors approved moving forward with PCS SALES
(USA), INC., a company wholly owned by Nutrien Ltd., to agree on an extension of the
Current contract for the supply of ammonia, -raw material for the manufacture of ammonium nitrate-
under the conditions agreed, authorizing me to subscribe to said extension and communicate the
celebration of this as an essential fact, once granted. The aforementioned contract extension,
Signed today by both parties, it will enter into force from 1? January 2024. The duration of the
Contract is initially until December 31, 2026. However, with the agreement of both
parts, may be renewed for two more years.
The contract extension signed will allow Enaex S.A. to maintain its competitiveness in the
manufacture of ammonium nitrate, since it ensures for the coming years a supply of
Reliable ammonia with conditions similar to the current one.
The annual amount that Enaex S.A. expects to pay for purchases of ammonia covered by
this contract is for about US$ 250 million.
