REF: COMMUNICATES ESSENTIAL FACT – DISTRIBUTION OF PROVISIONAL DIVIDEND
From our consideration:
At the meeting of the board of directors of ENAEX S.A., held on October 27, 2022, it was agreed to approve
the payment of a provisional dividend on 2022 earnings of US$ 0.232970732
per share, payable on November 24, 2022 in its equivalent in pesos, currency of course
legal, according to the dollar exchange rate observed on November 18, 2022.
This is reported to this Commission, and also to the stock exchanges, of
in accordance with the provisions of its Circular No. 660 dated October 22, 1986.

The provisional dividend N* 122 agreed, is with respect to the profits of the
Fiscal year 2022.
In due course, the Company will inform the shareholders of the
Tax Classification of this Provisional Dividend.
The accounting charge of provisional dividend N* 122 will be made against the account
“Accumulated Profits”.
The exchange rate to be used will be that of Chapter I of the Compendium of Standards
of International Exchanges (observed dollar) to be published in the Journal
Official on November 18, 2022.
Payment will be made at the offices of the Central Securities Depository, DCV
REGISTROS S.A., Av. Los Conquistadores N* 1730, 24th floor, Providencia,
