In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and paragraph 2 of article 10% of Law N*
18.045 of the Securities Market and in the General Rule N* 30 of the Commission
for the Financial Market, duly authorized for this purpose, I inform you, as
essential fact with respect to Empresas Tricot S.A., the following:
At the company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, the following were adopted.
The following agreements:
1. The report, the balance sheet, the consolidated income statement were approved
and the opinion of the company’s external auditors, all corresponding to the
year ended December 31, 2022.
The distribution of a final dividend in the amount of Ch$7,095,192,654 was approved.

7. Remarks
The tax treatment of the dividend will be communicated to shareholders in a timely manner.
The dividend is charged against the account called “Dividends Payable”.
The payment of the dividend shall be made to the shareholders who have granted the corresponding authorisation, by means of
deposit in the current or bank savings account, the holder of which is the shareholder; to shareholders who have not
