In compliance with the provisions of article 9* and paragraph 2? of Article 10 of the Law
18.045, on the Securities Market, and in General Standard No. 30, of the
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, duly empowered for this purpose, I come in
report the following as an essential fact with respect to the Company, its values and
Public offer of the same:
At the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors, dated August 23, 2022, the distribution of
an interim dividend charged to ongoing profit of $
3,775,226,561.-, equivalent to a dividend of $8.80602502957848 per share. The aforementioned
Dividend will be paid as of September 13, 2022, to the titular shareholders
of the single series that are registered in the Shareholders’ Register on the fifth day
skillful prior to that date.
The payment of the dividend will be made by means of a voucher that can be withdrawn in
any branch of Banco BCl throughout Chile, within 90 days from
September 13, 2022, Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amounts may be deposited
relevant in the current accounts owned by shareholders who so request by
written and by means of the corresponding form, prior to the closing date of the
Registration of Shareholders for the respective payment.

7. Remarks
The tax treatment of the dividend will be communicated to shareholders in a timely manner.
The dividend is charged against the account called “Dividends Payable”.
The payment of the dividend will be made by means of a nominative check, in the offices of the Central Deposit of
Valores, located at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Providencia, between 9:00 and 17:00 hours. Nevertheless
