Resolutions of ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market
and General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I ask you.
to have rectified paragraph d) of the Essential Fact relating to the resolutions adopted at the meeting
ordinary shareholders of Empresas Red Salud S.A. informed last Friday, April 21 and
Monday, April 24 by this means, in the sense of replacing said literal by the following:
“d) It was agreed to distribute a dividend for the total amount of $17,166 million pesos that
correspond to $5.6 pesos per share;”
