In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market
and General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I inform you.
as an Essential Fact regarding the company Empresas Red Salud S.A. that in meeting
Extraordinary Board of Directors held today, it was agreed to appoint as Chairman of the Board
and from the company to Dra. Paula Graciela Daza Narbonne. In the same way, it was agreed to designate
as vice president of the board of directors and of the company to Mr. Gabriel Barros Solar.
