The following are essential:
On April 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of Empresas Lipigas S.A. met and was elected
as president of the same to Don Juan Manuel Santa Cruz Munizaga, who continues in
such charge.
Likewise, the members of the Directors’ Committee were elected, which has remained
conformed by Mr. Patricio Rojas Ramos, Jaime Santa Cruz Negri and Mario Vinagre
Tagle.
