Ref: Communicates Essential Fact
Dear Madam President,
In accordance with Article 9 and paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the
Securities, the General Standards N * 30 and N * 210 of that Commission, and being duly
empowered to do so, I have come to inform that Commission as an Essential Fact that on 26
April 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Empresas Lipigas S.A. was held in which
Agreed as follows:
1. The report and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 were approved
and the report of the external auditors.
2. The distribution of profits and the final distribution of dividends for the year were approved and approved
the payment of the dividend balance amounting to Ch$6,246,598,325, equivalent to Ch$55 per share and
which will be paid from April 27, 2023.
3. The renewal of the Board of Directors of the company was approved, electing by vote the
following directors, all of whom are independent and presented in such capacity.
1) Luis Ignacio Binimelis Yaconi
2) Maria del Pilar Lamana Gaete
3) Juan Ignacio Noguera Briceño
4) Patricio Sandro Rojas Ramos
5) Juan Manuel Santa Cruz Munizaga

4. The remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Directors’ Committee and their budget were fixed
of expenses for the year 2023.
5. PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed as external auditors for the financial year 2023 and the
companies Feller-Rate and Humphreys as risk rating agencies for the year
2023.
