In relation to Ordinary Letter 84485 of November 9, 2022, we proceed to complete the
Information requested.
The current capital of Limagas Natural Movilidad S.A.C. is 1,000 soles (approx. USD
250) since, to date, the company has not commenced commercial operations. The price of
Acquisition of 60% of the shares of the company was the sum of 600 soles (approximately
USD 150). The acquisition made by Lima Gas S.A., Peruvian subsidiary of Empresas Lipigas S.A.,
was paid with the cash flow generated by the operations of that subsidiary.
