On October 27, 2022, Empresas Lipigas S.A. (Lipigas) signed, through its subsidiary Logística and
Desarrollos Digitales SpA, a commitment to subscribe to 70% of the shares of the company Frest
SpA, for a total of approximately 5.5 million USD, to be paid in stages over the next 5 years.
The corporate purpose of Frest SpA. is the sale, marketing and distribution, face-to-face or remote, of
Fresh food.
This investment is part of the strategy of participating in businesses that allow to take advantage of the assets
Lipigas strategic strategies such as the relationship with end customers and last mile logistics.
