Dear Madam President,
In accordance with Article 9 and paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the
Securities, General Standards N*30 and N*210 of that Commission, we inform you that, in
ordinary meeting of today, August 30, 2022, the Board of Directors of Empresas Lipigas S.A. (the Company) by
the unanimity of its members agreed to summon the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the Meeting) to
be held on September 29, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., at Av. Apoquindo 5400, 15th floor, commune
of Las Condes, Santiago. Also allowing participation in it at a distance through
electronic means, in order to submit to your consideration and pronouncement to modify the seventh article
of the bylaws, eliminating the position of alternate director. The amendment shall not affect
alternate directors currently serving in the position, who will last in their functions until the next
Ordinary Meeting, date on which the renewal of the Board of Directors corresponds.
