In accordance with the provisions of numeral 2.2 A, of section Il of the Character Standard
General N230 of the CMF, being duly authorized, I inform you of the following
resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Meeting and the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Companies
lansa S.A., both held on April 27, 2023:
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting:
1.- The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and the Auditors’ Report were approved.

2.- It was agreed to pay a mandatory final dividend of US$ 0.0000378419 per share,
charged to 30% of the net profit of the year 2022, payment to be made in pesos,
national currency, using the exchange rate of the dollar observed on April 27,
2023.
3.- The Future Dividend Policy was agreed.
4.- It was agreed to appoint the firm as external auditors for the year 2023
PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores Compañía Ltda.
5.- The remuneration of the Board of Directors was agreed.
6.- It was agreed to determine the electronic newspaper “extranoticias.c
summons to Shareholders’ Meetings.

Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting:
1.- The number of directors of the Company was modified, decreasing from 7 to 6 members,
amending the wording of article nine of the bylaws.
2.- The previous Board of 7 members was revoked and the new members of the Board of Directors were elected.
