Dear Sirs,
In accordance with the provisions of Circular N2 1737 dated 13.01.2005 of that
organization, I inform you that the Directory of Companies lansa S.A., in the session
extraordinary meeting held on April 6, agreed to summon an Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders to be held on April 27, 2023, to be held after the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting convened at 10:00 a.m., both to be held in the Hall
Casablanca Valley of the Hotel “Best Western Premier Marina Las Condes”, located in
Alonso de Córdova N* 5727, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to treat the following
matters:
1. Submit to the consideration and approval of the shareholders the modification of the
number of directors, reducing it from 7 to 6 members, modifying to this effect the
Article Nine of the bylaws, in order to reflect in them the agreement before
indicated.
2. Revoke the Board of Directors in its entirety and proceed to the election of new members
of the Board of Directors.
3. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to legalize and make effective the
statutory reforms indicated above.
The holders of
shares that are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company with 5
working days in advance of the one in which it will be carried out.

The qualification of powers for the board, if applicable, will be prepared in the offices of
