N? 100 in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”), and duly
empowered, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and paragraph 2″ of Article 10* of the Law
N” 18.045, of Securities Market, and in the General Norm N* 30 of the CMF, I communicate to
You, as an Essential Fact, the following information relating to the Company:
In relation to the communication made by Essential Fact dated December 26, 2022,
referring to the voluntary early redemption option offered to all holders of Series B Bonds
issued under Bond Line N2774 registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF on 19
of December 2013 (the “Series B Notes”), currently outstanding, as set forth in the
Article 130 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, for a maximum amount of 275,000 Units
of Development, in the form dates and conditions detailed in the notice published on 27
December 2022 in the Diario el Mercurio and Diario Financiero, it is hereby reported that the option
of voluntary redemption for Series B Bonds was accepted by bondholders in the amount of
272,500 Development Units, equivalent to 545 Series B Bonds and a proration factor of
0,4828.
