From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of the Law
N* 18.045 of the Securities Market, and in the General Rule N* 30 of the Commission
for the Financial Market (“CMF”), and duly authorized, I inform you of the following:
On August 9, 2022, the bonds for one million UF of the
BEFS-PS7A preferred series issued by EF Securitizadora S.A. (the “Bonds”) within the framework of
agreements entered into with Empresas lansa S.A. (the “Company”) and its related companies
LDA SpA, lansa Ingredientes S.A., Agrocomercial lansa S.A., lansagro S.A. and lansa Alimentos S.A.
for the securitization of assets originated by the latter, collecting a total amount of
$31,665,612,477. The Notes were issued under the securitized bond line
registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under N* 1099, dated May 13, 2022.
The funds that are obtained by the Company by virtue of the placement of the Bonds will be
destined to the payment of their short-term debts, which will increase the proportion of their
long-term indebtedness.
