By means of the present, in accordance with the request in the Ordinary Letter N2 37804 of
Date May 13, 2022, and notified by mail dated May 16, I come in
complement the Essential Fact sent on May 11:
a) Characteristics of the liabilities to be refinanced:
Short-term loans totaling USD 30 million were refinanced with BCI and
USD 23 million with Banco Santander.
b) Interest rate of the credit subscribed:
The interest is calculated considering TERM SOFR rate 90 days + 4.26% per annum.
c) Any other relevant antecedent, necessary for the understanding of the operation:
The amortizations will be quarterly, each for an amount of USD 3,312,500.-
