On May 10, 2022, Empresas lansa S.A. has signed a credit agreement for a
USD 53,000,000 (fifty-three million United States dollars of
America) with the banks BCI and Santander, as creditors.
The primary purpose of the loan is to restructure the Company’s liabilities. The loan
It has a term of 4 years, with quarterly amortizations.
