From our consideration,
This press release modifies an essential fact published on April 1 of this year.
according to the following information:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045 of the Securities Market and the provisions of General Standard N*30 and
Circular N*660, both of the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, duly authorized and
on behalf of Empresas Hites S.A. (the “Company”), I come to communicate to you, in
essential factual character with respect to the Company, which at the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting
Concluded on the same date, the following agreements were adopted, inter alia:
1. To propose to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 29, 2022 the
Distribution of a final dividend equivalent to $11.1647.- for each share subscribed and paid of
the Company, charged to the profits of the year 2021. The dividend indicated is
will propose to be made available to shareholders as of April 29, 2022, after
to the holding of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, and shareholders would be entitled to it
registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company at midnight on the fifth previous business day
on the date of payment indicated above.
2.- That the dividend is paid by virtual view voucher, which may be withdrawn at any time
branch of the bank reporting DCV Registros S.A. personally by the shareholder or by his
duly accredited proxy at the offices of DCV Registros S.A. informed on the site
web www.dcv.cl; or, by means of deposit in personal bank current account or deposit
in personal savings account. Any of the above options could be exercised by the
shareholder by filling out the corresponding form personally in the Shares Department
of the Company or by sending it a simple power of attorney with the respective instructions.
In order to avoid undue charges, shareholders or their agents must identify themselves
with their respective identity cards and sign the receipts, vouchers and records that
Correspond. Additionally, the agents of shareholders should have previously
informed of its powers to the Company’s Shares Department.
